Our delivery prices are based on order value as set out below:

If you prefer NEXT DAY delivery or at the earliest please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please ensure we have the correct delivery address and contact number at checkout as we cannot be responsible for items lost, damaged or additional delivery costs resulting from orders sent to the wrong address and an adult is available to take delivery and sign paperwork.
To reduce emissions and help protect our planet we will send items out together and recycle our boxes and packaging. Our parcels are delivered via the following carriers and are dependent on weight and value of item(s), normally delivered within 3-5 days of dispatch; Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, UPS, DPD, DX.
Heavy/Large/Fragile Goods
This symbol is for Heavy & Fragile Goods, which can be seen on individual products in the description. These goods are EXCLUDED from delivery prices set out above, due to the size or fragile nature of these items. If you require delivery please contact us with a post code for a quote. Majority of these items are sent via Pallet Network normally delivered within 7 days. Larger pieces ie. tall glass cabinets are sent via private couriers who will strap and blanket items to deliver within 21 days. These are all roadside deliveries and driver will allow 15 mins for items to be checked upon arrival. If you need items sooner please let us know as this could alter the price. Any damages will need to be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence of damage.
We aim to offer the most cost effective delivery with a ONE MAN delivery service and will combine cost for more items purchased. Driver may require assistance with large and/or heavy items, details will be on individual product listings.
Delivery is mainly UK but enquiries welcome for worldwide deliveries.
Collections & Viewings
Collections or Viewings are welcome by appointment Tuesday - Saturday 10-3pm (at present) within 7 days of purchase. Please advise at least 48 hours prior to collection so we can have item(s) ready.
If the above times are not convenient then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. We will hold items for a maximum of 7 days, unless we have discussed prior, after which we will re-list.
Collections in person or via a third party will not be covered by us and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage. We do not pack furniture or large items and would recommend bringing blankets and any cushioning necessary.
